Chelsea Stilp

Chelsea is the founder and CEO of AfterGlow, but her journey started long before the studio doors opened. Back in 2011, she began spray tanning friends out of her parents’ basement—perfecting prom looks, homecoming glows, and every special occasion in between. As word spread, Chelsea took her talents on the road, offering mobile spray tans across the Greater Philadelphia area, all while working full-time in the corporate beauty world.

In 2021, Chelsea took a leap of faith, leaving her corporate role to pursue her passion as a full-time mobile artist. Just a year later, she opened AfterGlow’s first luxury spray tan studio in Conshohocken, setting a new standard for personalized, high-end tanning experiences. Her vision was simple: create the kind of elevated, client-focused service she felt the industry was missing. By 2024, that vision expanded and Chelsea opened a second studio in West Chester. Shortly thereafter in 2025, she launched AfterGlow Med Spa, offering injectables, medical weight management, and IV therapy under the medical direction of her father, Dr. Christopher Droogan. With beauty and wellness going hand in hand, the med spa was a natural next step in AfterGlow’s evolution.

Today, Chelsea continues to grow her brand while maintaining that AfterGlow standard she’s known for. With over 14 years in the game, Chelsea has built an incredible team that’s all about perfecting their craft and bringing the glow to clients across the Greater Philadelphia area.

While AfterGlow is basically her entire personality, Chelsea’s day-to-day also includes chasing around her two toddlers, opening ten too many packages that she forgot she ordered, and trying to go viral on social media as an interior design account (you’ve seen the AG studios, right?)
